What is Ailia Isidora?Ailia Isidora is a South African luxury brand and online store, specialising in both sourcing and designing quality fashion items. We are here for the classic customer that enjoys timeless and highly versatile garments, footwear, and accessories. We provide a vast fashion universe in which classic sophistication meets modern allure, where fashion transcends time and echoes the essence of elegance through the ages. Where is Ailia Isidora based?Our head office is based in Pretoria, but we deliver nationwide.

What are your hours of operations?Our online store is always open, which means you can purchase anytime of the day and any day of the year. If you have any questions, you are welcome to reach out to us through the contact page or pop us an email at ciao@ailiaisidora.com If you would like to speak to us, feel free to also call us on 087 265 4820 during the following times: Monday – Friday: 08:00 -17:00 Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00 Please note that we are not telephonically available on Sundays and Public Holidays, but your orders will be processed within the usual estimated times the next working day.

Do you have a physical store?We are an online store and do not have a physical store for the time being. We deliver to your doorstep, anywhere in South Africa. But if we open any physical stores, you’ll be the first to be updated!

How do I place an order?You will need to have an Ailia Isidora account to place an order. Once that is done you can continue adding items to your account and continue through the checkout process.

How long does it take to process my order?Once you have successfully placed your order, we will process it within 48 hours, and let you know once our delivery partners have collected it, and it is on its way to you.

Where is my order?We will email you the status of your order and whenever it changes. You will receive a tracking number and link once the order leaves our store and is on the way to you. Once the order is in the hands of our delivery partners, we do not have the possibility to speed up delivery or provide you with more information other than what is provided through the tracking link.

Was my purchase successful?There are three steps to finalising your order: 1. You will be taken to a Thank You page once your purchase has been completed. 2. You will receive an email confirming your order with an order number. 3. If you go under the My Orders page, you should see your new order. If you did not get all the above, then your order was not successful. Please try placing the order again.

Can I make changes to my order?Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any more changes to it. For example, we cannot change the number of items or sizes. Please verify that you are ordering the correct items before checkout.

How do I know I’m ordering the correct size?Each of our products will have a detailed size guide on the product page. Please use the measurements to ensure you are buying the right fit.

How safe is the Ailia Isidora website?Ailia Isidora is 100% secure, so it is safe shop with us. We have implemented physical, electronic, and administrative measures to help us prevent unauthorised access to both our data and your personal information.

How do I make payment on Ailia Isidora?We have the following payment methods available: Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard. Debit Card: Visa and Master Card (3D Secure enabled). Instant EFT Payflex To process a payment, continue to checkout and select your preferred payment method and follow instructions.

Why is a payment method unavailable?Payment provider interruptions: Technical challenges experienced by the payment provider might lead us to disable the payment method temporarily until the challenges are resolved. Operational reasons: We may be maintaining our website or disable payment method for any other operational reasons.

Why is my credit card payment not successful?If your credit card transaction is not successful, it is most probably due to a bank decline. Our payment gateway merchant is only a middleman between Ailia Isidora and your bank to enable processing of online transactions. All authorisations from your card are completed by your bank. You could have insufficient funds, entered the wrong details (always double-check), set a daily limit that does not allow the transaction amount, amongst other reasons. You will need to enquire with the bank for further information.

When does my credit card get charged?As soon as the order is processed, we charge your credit card. A confirmation email is sent to you shortly after checkout and a successful charge to your credit card.
