Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We only offer shipping at a flat fee of R100 currently. Orders with a purchase price of R1000 or more qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing Time

​

All orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the next business day, all orders placed after will be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Generally, our order processing time before dispatching your order is 1-3 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address.

We regretfully cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We regretfully do not offer international shipping currently.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
